REQUIREMENTS
There are two levels of licensing/partnering with United
Communications. Determine which requirements you meet and contact us
for the appropriate level.
Technology Partner Licensing for System Builders
If you are a system builder who assembles or manufactures privately
label systems/software/equipments or you pre-configure
systems/software/equipments for targeted vertical markets, United
Communications has a great opportunity for you to grow your
business.
The following is a summary of the requirements for the entitlement
to sell under the Technology Partner Licensing for System Builders.
To qualify for this System Builder opportunity your organization
must:
Assemble or manufacture brand-identity/white-box
systems/software/equipments or sell pre-configured vertical
systems/software/equipments solutions.
Purchase products through an authorized distributor
Sell your products pre-loaded or bundled (drop in the box) with
United Communications products, according to our definition.
Technology Partner Licensing for direct OEM Partners
The following is a summary of the requirements for membership in the
United Communications Program for partners who want to order from
United Communications Ltd directly. To qualify for the Technology
Partner Licensing for direct Partners under the United
Communications Program your organization must:
Assemble or manufacture brand-identity/white-box
systems/software/equipments or sell pre-configured vertical
systems/software/equipments solutions.
Have annual revenue run rates of US$1 million or more.
Meet all necessary credit requirements set by the United
Communications Credit Department.
Become a member of the United Communication Partner Network for
Technology Partners.
Maintain at least one United Communication Certified Engineer and/or
one Professional from your organization trained by United
Communications.
Maintain a minimum royalty stream to United Communications of no
less than US$50,000.00 of product per fiscal year.
Execute an IHV/OEM contract with United Communications.
Sell your products pre-loaded or bundled (drop in the box) with
systems/software/equipments products.
